Return & Refund Policy
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping all fragrance products. Due to the sensitive and personal nature of perfumes, returns are subject to the following conditions.
1. General Return Guidelines
- Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- An unboxing video (continuous, uncut) is mandatory as proof for any claim.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
2. Decants (Sample Sizes)
- No returns or exchanges for change of mind or fragrance preference.
- Minor level variations or air gaps in decants are normal and not eligible for return.
- Leakage or damage claims will only be accepted with valid unboxing proof.
3. Partial Bottles
- Exact remaining quantity is mentioned before purchase; no disputes will be accepted afterward.
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, faded labels) is expected and not a valid reason for return.
- Box is available or not, it will be mentioned on the site while purchasing.
- Returns accepted only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Major leakage during transit
4. Full Bottles / Retail Packs
- Eligible for return only if:
- Bottle is broken or leaking
- Wrong item delivered
- Outer box damage due to shipping does not qualify for return unless the bottle is affected.
5. Attars (Oil-Based Fragrances)
- Due to their nature, no returns for scent preference issues.
- Minor variations in color or thickness are natural and not defects.
- Return accepted only for:
- Leakage
- Incorrect item shipped
6. Other Fragrance Products (e.g., Mists, Roll-ons, Accessories)
- Return applicable only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Transit damage
- Must be reported within 48 hours with proof.
7. Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase
- Fragrance not matching expectations
- Minor cosmetic packaging damage
- Slight quantity variations in decants
- Delays caused by courier partners
8. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be issued via:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit (if preferred)
9. Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be shipped subject to product availability.
- If unavailable, refund/store credit will be provided.
10. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is:
- Covered by us for valid claims
- Borne by the customer in all other cases
11. Important Notes
- Fragrances are subjective products; liking/disliking a scent is not grounds for return.
- We ensure proper packing, but minor evaporation in decants may occur naturally.
- By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

- By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that fragrances (including perfumes, decants, partial bottles, and attars) are subjective in nature, and personal preference regarding scent, performance, or projection shall not be considered a valid reason for return or refund.
- All product descriptions, including notes, concentration, and longevity, are provided for informational purposes only and may vary based on individual skin chemistry, environment, and usage.
- Decants and partial bottles are hand-filled or pre-owned products, and minor variations in quantity, presentation, or packaging are inherent and acceptable within industry standards.
- The customer agrees that an unboxing video is mandatory evidence for any claims related to damage, leakage, missing items, or incorrect delivery. Failure to provide such proof may result in rejection of the claim.
- We are not liable for:
- Minor leakage or evaporation inherent to fragrance products during transit
- Courier-related delays beyond our control
- Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities caused by fragrance use
- All decisions regarding returns, refunds, or replacements are final and binding, subject to verification and compliance with our policy.
- By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
