1. Shipping Partner

  • Orders are usually shipped via Shiprocket, integrated with our Shopify store.
  • We use multiple courier partners to ensure faster and safer delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
    • Non-metro locations: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated:
    • At checkout based on location and weight, or
    • As per promotional/free shipping offers (if applicable)

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive:
    • A tracking ID
    • Courier partner details via SMS/Email
  • You can track your order in real-time using the provided link.

6. Packaging Standards

  • All perfumes, decants, attars, and bottles are:
    • Securely packed with protective materials
    • Sealed to minimize leakage risks
  • Despite precautions, minor leakage or evaporation may occur due to transit conditions.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If undelivered due to:
    • Customer unavailability
    • Incorrect address
      the package may be returned to us.

8. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

  • In case of RTO:
    • Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Incorrect address
    • Failed delivery due to customer negligence

9. Delays & Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Courier partners
    • Weather conditions
    • Strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen events
  • However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.

10. Damaged or Leaked Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged or leaked package:
    • Record a clear unboxing video (mandatory)
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

11. Restricted Items & Locations

  • Some courier partners may have restrictions on shipping perfumes to certain locations.
  • In such cases:
    • We may cancel or delay the order
    • A full refund will be issued if shipping is not possible

  • We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.
